Glad Tidings: Carols Old and New
The Esterhazy Singers presented a concert of carols, ranging from familiar classics through to some brand new music, including the chance for the audience to sing along with old favourites. Selections from Poulenc’s Quatre motets pour le temps de Noël and other modern carol-settings by Herbert Howells, Kenneth Leighton, James Macmillan and Kerensa Briggs.
