The Esterhazy Singers transported their audience to seventeenth-century Venice on 25 April 2016, when they were joined by the London Youth Choir for an extraordinary rendition of Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610 in the City Temple. Period instrument ensemble The Little Baroque Company added the thrill of occasion with their sackbuts, cornets and other antique instruments, alongside outstanding young tenor soloists Hugo Hymas and Robbie Jacobs.
